add releases/tags to github
There is no documentation for what changes are in releases, and there are no tags (after 0.17.0) in the github repository to indicate which commit corresponds with which release version so I can't even dive into the commit history to figure out what's new in each release. At minimum, please add release tags to the repository (and keep the same tag format -- I notice that '0.17.0' is a bare version number but all previous versions are prefixed with a 'v'). Ideally, add release notes for each release version indicating what is new and what has changed.
Hi @jonner
There is no documentation for what changes are in releases
Well there is 😅 But I do totally agree that it must be rendered in the release notes as well.
To be honest I am not sure what is the best practice here. Duplication is sort of also feels unwanted. Maybe you have thoughts, what is the best practice regarding it?

there are no tags (after 0.17.0)
Something I also did find out recently. And was disappointed that I did let it happen :(
Ahhh maybe you can help me,
regular push will work due or I ought to --force it?
Oh, I missed the changelog. That's helpful thank you.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you trying to push tags but it's not working?
Do you mind tagging releases on Github? I was concerned to see that there are no tags after 0.17.
