After close a Area in drawing the tool of zoom less and more are being disabled

How i fix this?

This is a known issue, because google maps api doesn't provide a getter for the mapOptions. A previous issue address this problem as well: #13. I will think about how to overcome this case.

Same issue here. Maybe can we provide manually our map options to the MeasureTool somehow?
