Nvidia GPU access blocked.

When using this cofig to compile kernel of WSL, the linux distro cannot get nvidia gpu support(F**K U NVIDIA).

~> nvidia-smi Failed to initialize NVML: GPU access blocked by the operating system Failed to properly shut down NVML: GPU access blocked by the operating system

I think it's because of Libre. If the driver for NVIDIA is not available, let me try to reproduce your problem first
