This was caused by hidden pending runs. I've switched this issue to be a UI enhancement as I think we could at least come up with a way to notify...

I'm closing this as we figured out the issue itself and added handling for it in the ui.

Thanks for the feedback. For the ui, is there any functionality missing or is the only issue the missing icons? Interesting point about the swagger docs. I'll leave the issue...
