Both single and combined PDF
It would be great to have an option to build both for obvious reason - people may need full docs offline or just particular page.
Currently, you must choose what you want or call a build two times with changing env var in between.
+1 to this request. I would also add "section" output where each section of the nav could have its own set of pages? I see a lot of demand in our ever-growing documentation.
+1 as well, being able to have the combined PDF in a "pdfs" folder and individual PDFs that the download link points to would be wonderful.
I'd love to see "section" output, basically a folder level PDF (folder and all children recursive).
