Add table of content in combined mode
This is a feature request I think, but I wish I could add the table of content as first page inside combined mode. Is it planned ? An option could be associated with this feature, toc: true.
When I say a table of content, I mean the list of pages, like the left part of the material theme (see https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/). the TOC markdown extension display the table of content of the current page, but that's not what I need.
Both left and right part of the material theme (nav and page headers) should be PDF bookmarks (at least nav would be nice).
When generating a combined PDF, the tree of sections, sub-sections, ... turns fast on the PDF.
On the left, the website with the right tree; on the right, the PDF with a flat tree.
How to solve this? Thank you!
