Describe the bug 1.无法同步到github上面，左下角master更新标志一直在转。 2.插件无法安装

Additional context 个人感觉可能软件接入互联网失败。

https://github.com/zhaopengme/gitnote-extensions /users/username 下面有个.gitnote 文件夹 plugin 下载后解压 找大佬确认过了
