Can't add new interface to wifi

Environment: (mips_mips32,brcm63xx,snapshot)

Description: Hi, After a successful build for 2 router models i found that i can't add new interface to my wifi and i can't scan for networks. The "add" button don't work and nothing happen when i push it.
