Restart key service unit on change

The systemd ${name}-key.service units monitor the existence and deletion of key files, but not modification. It might be desirable to change this behavior to monitor changes as well to propagate a restart to services that depend on these files so they may automatically load updated secrets.

What are your thoughts on this?
