BattlEye detects the VM on R6. The moment I try to join a match, it kicks me out for having a VM.

I have Hyper-V enabled, but I don't have the host kernel patch. Do I need it and will that fix the issue? I don't want to patch my host kernel unless I know it will fix it.

I cannot sure that , it is known information is the GameGuard can be bypassed by rdtsc

I am able to play BattlEye games (didn't test on R6 specifically, however) and I do have the RDTSC patch. Many have reported that it is necessary, so you will most likely need it too. But be careful with that AC, because there have been reports for years now that trying to circumvent the anti-cheat's VM detection after being spotted once may get you banned.
