Specify specific variants in group file

Hi @zhanxw,

Is it possible to specify specific variants in each group (for example epacts format like), other than just specify by range? It's better to have chr:pos:ref:alt like format to have the ability to distinguish multi-allelic alleles.

Just want to bring attention to this issue. Seems like a pretty standard request to want to do some of our own filtering on the variants used in the analysis.
