rvtest genebased association

Hi xiaowei， I am trying to perform gene based association analysis by rvtest ,but i got some error message. My command line is below, as well as error message.And the second picture is my vcf file. rvtest --inVcf $vcf --pheno $pheno --pheno-name y1_stroke --out $out --geneFile $data/refFlat_hg19.txt.gz --burden cmc --numThread 4

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
