kinship binary trait

Dear Xiaowei, I ran an analysis with score method, loading a kinship matrix and with a binary outcome (sorry I always work with continuous variables so I did not know this was not possible).

I received results and not any type of warning, so I was wondering actually in these results what am I getting:

1. The score test of a binary outcome without considering the kinship matrix
2. A score test of a continuous outcome (with values 1,2) embedded in a LMM considering the family relations.
