Describe the bug Can not subscribe two rss with same title.

To Reproduce Try to subscribe these two rss. https://36kr.com/feed https://36kr.com/feed-article

Expected behavior I wonder it may because rss title is used as index id. May be allow users to edit the rss title, or use rss url as index id?
