Resolving 'subscript out of bounds' Error in PAGA Analysis

Hello there, I encountered an error while running PAGA analysis:

######PAGA analysis####### pancreas_sub <- RunPAGA( srt = scRNA, group_by = "celltype", linear_reduction = "PCA", nonlinear_reduction = "UMAP" ) Error in (function (cond) : error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 't': subscript out of bounds

How should I solve this error? Thank you very much for your reply.

Can you reinstall the latest SCP and try again? This issue may have been resolved in the latest version. If it still persists, please let me know.
