Add scroll animation delay for long file names

Currently long file names start scrolling the moment the files appear in the browser. This makes it somewhat difficult to identify specific files since they're always in constant motion.

Perhaps add a 1-3 second inactivity delay before file names start scrolling, something similar to what VLC and other applications have.
