Add option to choose an external app for opening compressed files by default

Right now there's no way to define a preferred app for opening a specific type of file. Since the internal archive manager doesn't support many types of compressed files (like when they are password protected or multipart archives), the only way to properly open them is by selecting the "Open with" option to use another app. It would be great if we could select another app as the default archive manager inside the app.
