SD card is missing in Settings

The SD card is not shown under Settings > Storage:

It's not possible to change the position of SD card in the navigation drawer. It's always at the bottom of the list.

Because of this, the list looks messy. It would be better organized if SD card was positioned after Internal storage so that local storage locations are listed before remote connections.

It would be nice if I could change the position of SD card in the same way I can change the position of the other elements in the list.
