the app crashes when copying or cutting paste a large (video) file
Noticed using currently with android 12 AOSP, but it was identical with android 11 AOSP. Only noticed with Material Files 1.6.2 because i didn't install the app before.
Steps to reproduce:
The error noticed most often occurs when copying and pasting or cutting and pasting a large video file (for example 1GB but it can be much less size) from the internal memory to the micro SD card. I don't know if it occurs if the operation is done from internal memory to internal memory.
The file is partially pasted and then the app suddenly crashes during operation.
Sometimes the app crashes after the paste operation is completed.
For very small files (eg 20 MB) the app rarely crashes.
When copy-pasting or cutting-paste progresses, I notice a slight jitter of the names of all the files in the destination directory.
Sorry. I don't know anything about collecting logs on Android and even less about the app. I'm just a basic android user. But you should be able to reproduce the crash.
There should be a switch in the app which would enable the recording of app crash logs in the form of text files, and to send them to you voluntarily, unless this already exists (I don't didn't find anything).
