Temporal MultiDiffusion doesn't work

Thanks for your great job!

I implemented the Temporal MultiDiffusion based on the paper, but there are still significant appearance differences between different video clips. The result shown in Figure 8 can not be reproduced. Could you help me analyze the reasons? Or share your test data?

By the way, when will the code be open-sourced?
