allow setting errors to ignore for genhtml

Hi,

This PR allows setting the --ignore-errors flag, mainly for the empty one which is handy when first setting up bdd tests and no code has been written yet.

Please let me know if it requires any further changes to be accepted.

I'd be happy to rebase and resolve any merge conflicts once #293 is merged. I'll also update the documentation.

One question I have is whether the parameter should be renamed to just ignore-errors - what do you think?

Do you know when this can be merged and included in a new version? Our testing framework generates inconsistent linecov/branchcov lcov files and now the workflow blocks PRs, so we had no other choice than to disable it temporarily.

I'm down to resolve conflicts and review both #292 and #293 if that can help.
