RPM spec file for Fedora build

Just created a package for Fedora @ https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/rabiny/bucklespring/ the spec file can be found here https://gist.github.com/rabin-io/5398f59fab2faaf150a97d53876269b4

there is a small "patch" in it to add the install option for make. and currently i install the package to /usr/local

maybe you can add configure and make install ?
