Make command returns error in ubuntu 18.04

hi i am installing the library using your guide on github it throws error when i try to make the library after the MAKE command is issued, the following error display on screen image

Sorry for the late reply but could not reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 18.04. It looks like your RELIC headers are missing in the path. Was make deps successful for RELIC?

I find this problem in Windows too。 Can not find this .h file about "No such file or directory 47 | #include <relic/relic.h>"

I got the same error when trying to install openABE on a debian docker container.

I fixed by installing git!
