Fail Build On Window

hi, I want to build openabe on windows and I get the errors as follow:

"glob" is not exported by the File::Glob module Can't continue after import errors at ./Configure line 18. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./Configure line 18. make[2]: *** [Makefile:14：openssl-1.1.1-dev-bp/.built] 错误 255 make[2]: 离开目录“/f/project/libopenabe-1.0.0/deps/openssl” make[1]: *** [Makefile:9：all] 错误 2 make[1]: 离开目录“/f/project/libopenabe-1.0.0/deps” make: *** [Makefile:16：deps] 错误 2
