2.1.0版本设置maxWidth无效；1.0.4版本可以的

感谢作者，这是一个非常牛逼的图片压缩库；这两天升级了V2.1.0版本，发现设置maxWidth，maxHeight无效；原先一张10M的图片，如果设置了width，往往能压缩到200k左右，现在压缩后还有1.2M，麻烦作者检查一下，多谢。
