`zetacore` : connect a zetaclient running in dry configuration to a local / dockerized testnet node

We can first try to connect a zetaclient running in dry mode, which connects to a dockerized testnet node instead of a rpc.

We do not have an rpc node that has all the required ports exposed at the moment
