Describe the Issue

Will track the checks https://github.com/zeta-chain/node/issues/3912 so the initial issue remains for the v33 milestone.

Some checks are to be done in mainnet/

@CharlieMc0 this epic was for v36 because some bugs are specifically only reproduced on mainnet, we want to upgrade mainnet before being able to deem this one as completed
