Fix nonce for synthetic txs

Describe the Issue From this PR: https://github.com/zeta-chain/node/pull/2282 nonce is now part of cosmos events for synthetic ethermint txs, but it would still be 0 for all transactions before this is released.

Expected Outcome Fix TODO: get nonce for "from" from ethermint
