Group some issues related to improving the CCTX object structure.

Since this object is the pillar of crosschain communication, this makes sense to ensure we come with a structure that can be used long-term.

Since upgrading the structure requires a migration script and keeping track of the previous format, this makes more sense to upgrade it at once in a long term format.
