Global tabs ordering

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Rediscover of open tabs can be difficult when there are a lot open. As well as it's difficult to map your workflow on to open tabs.

Describe the solution you'd like The ability to reorder global tabs. Doing so should allow for moving focused tasks to the front of the tabs list allowing for quick rediscovery.
