Content Item: Scheduled Publishing issue

Describe the bug Customer reported issue: When a item is scheduled to be published in the future. It doesn't seem to be visible on the live site, also the Zesty UI doesn't show it as published or scheduled. Just the publish button is active again, as if the item isn't published yet. But, on refreshing the CDN cache of the instance, the item shows on the site and then on refreshing the zesty UI the publish button switched to published state. Also the "Publish History" entry for the scheduled publishing, doesn't have anything under actions until the Cache is refreshed and the zesty UI is refreshed. We have tried this on multiple items and multiple times, and we are able to reproduce the issue every time.

Issue observed

• Scheduled publish item not reflecting unless I click on the *Refreshed Cached Item
• Publish History is not updated (the log appears to display the time when the scheduled item is set, not the actual publish date/time)
• Publish version chip is not updated after few refresh (seems to take some time)
• Publish Status is not updated after few refresh (seems to take some time)

Expected behavior When an item is scheduled for publish it should display the published page (once it hits the scheduled date/time) without needing to refresh the instance's/content item's CDN cache. Also, the UI published version number chip, Publish History, and Publish Status should be updated (real-time) as well.
