Business Internal Knowledge Base Chatbot

Idea

  1. Businesses can train their chatbot on their Zesty instance.
  2. Then users can ask it questions
  3. Or give it a task such as "Make me 3 landing pages based on our knowledge for X persona". This would supersede the entire process of having to building landing pages in drag and drop editors like Webflow, etc. The industry will move towards the direction Canva (replacing Illustrator). Potentially the marketer choses from a bunch of different templates, and then defines to the chatbot what page needs to be built.

Some challenges with this idea include:

  • The fastest way to do this would be with Static Content (uncomplex). This could be unstructured data. Then it becomes difficult for version control potentially. Doing this with structured data would be a lot more complex. Most likely the direction the industry is going to take is, static pages will be built potentially a lot more often and those pages may be used for 3 months and then get discarded.
