Content Item: Duplicate UUID value

Describe the bug When an item with UUID field is duplicated via "Duplicate Item" the same UUID value is copied over. UUID value is generated by the system and the value cannot be updated in the UI (non-editable)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a content item with UUID field
2. Click on 'Duplicate Item'
3. See the same UUID value is duplicated and cannot be updated

Expected behavior When an item with UUID field is duplicated, the UUID value should be regenerated with a unique value

Additional context This has been reported by a customer. In cases like this, will have to ask the backend team to update the UUID value of the duplicated item
