Activity Log: Publish Date displays invalid

Publishing Code files or Content items will display as scheduled on Invalid Date in UI when in fact the item has already been successfully published.

@giseleblair Unable to reproduce. Can you provide additional steps or the instance in which this was observed.

This is reliant on the format of the audit message:

message : "Published Item 7-bcee929286-c36wmz scheduled for 2024-04-16T21:13:42Z"

@agalin920 what do you see when you publish a code file? I just went through the workflow again and am seeing the same issue. Publish any code file, go to audit trail, click on the resource you just published to see the details. This is where you will see the invalid date

@giseleblair ok thanks i saw 'or Content Items' so tested that. I can reproduce with code publish
