Activity Log: Show Created At Action for Content Items

Problem Currently a user cannot see the "Created at" action for a content item in Activity Log. This is because creating a new content item does not add an 'created' audit item for it on the backend.

Solution This issue seems to be occurring only on version 1 as we do not have a "Created" audit log. Please implement the following workaround therefore: Check the [created by] on the item's API and use that value as any user who creates the item is technically the user who saved the item in it's v1 state.

If this is the issue this ticket is meant to address then no it can not be closed unless it has been fixed and shouldn't even be on this repo

But if this ticket is meant to be the workaround then this is a duplicate ticket that can be closed
