Problem

We have to render language selections in multiple parts of the product. Another kind of problem is often users work in the confines of a particular language across multiple items, and therefore need to switch the language and have it be pinned to the language of their current project (e.g. "Spanish").

Solution Idea

The solution being proposed is we lift it to a globally present visual where the user has the benefit of one singular interaction point for language selection. It is always available reference able context. This helps with muscle memory.
