Global: Improving Understanding of Draft and Published Environments

Intro

Currently a draft preview of a website is called "Stage" and a published preview of a website is called "Prod" and "Production". This leads to misunderstanding and confusion to users as they have their own Stage and Production environments which are different from this. Furthermore these labels are not indicative of exactly they are.

Solution

Rename Stage to Draft and Prod to Published and Color Code them to match what we do in content.

Note: This ticket is a work in progress. I need to check all the places where it occurs across the application including Accounts and note it everywhere.
