Media App: Image Failed to Upload (but then Uploaded on Second Try)

Step 1: I uploaded an image called Pasta.jpg but it failed to upload

Step 2: I tried to upload it a second time and it uploaded successfully

This should have uploaded successfully the first time round itself.
