Tabs: Updated the New Content Item Tab Name Structure

Problem Currently when you create a new content item, the tab is called "Content". While it is a page in the content app, the page name could be a little more description.

Solution Instead could we make the name in the following format: "New" + [Content Family] + "Item". If that is not possible, could we then at least say "Untitled Content Item" or "New Item".
