Activity Log: Missing multi-lang info

Describe the bug Multi-lang has not been accounted for. When editing an item on a multi-lang instance there is no indication of the language of the item on the resource list. This creates confusion as it appears as if the same item was edited multiple times versus two unique items with separate edits.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a multi-lang instance edit the default languge
2. Switch the items language
3. Edit the other language
4. Go to the Activity Log
5. See error. Same title listed twice

Expected behavior Clarity on the edits being for a specific language.

I could see either including the language within the meta info. With this solution it would ideally be something visually dominant so it is immediately clear.

Alternatively I could see an aggregate resource list item. One which indicated multiple lang variants were edited.

@agalin920 Could we handle this case in the following manner: Document + (language abbreviation)?

For example:

• Stuart Test Post (en)
• Stuart Test Post (es)

@zcolah Is the above finalized? You had concerns about adding it at the end. Also want to confirm that lang code should only show for content items that have multi-lang items

@agalin920 please add it to the start of the item meta title instead and ensure it only shows for instances that have multi lang switched on.
