Activity Log: Inconsistent display of totals

Describe the bug The total actions for a user differ between the list and individual views. This is happening becomes date range parameters are not being maintained on the individual list view. It switches to a default range.

@shrunyan It's not exactly a default range. It switches to when the User was created which is intended

@agalin920 I think we will able to overcome these issues with our new filters we are designing for Media. We can introduce them into Activity Log at that period.
