Accounts UI: Instead of "Good Night" say "Good Evening"

Problem

If a user logs in to the Zesty system at night, they receive a welcome message that says "Good Night". Notice the "Good Night, Randy".

Solution

Please change the welcome message at night to read as "Good Evening"
