Remove rustyline
It would be nice for atto to be zero dependency.
It would be also nice if atto is just a program which reads from standard input and outputs to standard output, and nothing more, for its input and output.
This would lead to programs which can have the promise of living for a long time, as we see compiler implementation is very small.
