Plasma 5

As of the merging of v1.0 and the release of Plasma 6, Plasma 5 support has been officially dropped. Bugs will not be fixed and new features will not be added by me. However, I will maintain a Plasma 5 branch forked off of the last v1.0 commit before the new API. If you are using Plasma 5 and would like to backport any features from master or add features yourself, I will review pull requests (not issues) for that branch.

Of course, Plasma 6 development will come first for me almost all the time, so I will respond to and fix issues as well as handle PRs and community contributions for master.

If the Plasma 5 branch is comparable to master around the times of releases, I will handle releasing and distributing the Plasma 5 build as well. If not, the release will not be held back for Plasma 5 support.
