can't open app on macOS 26 beta 3

I clicked the app icon for several times but it just doesn't show up. and I didn't get any reflection like waring or crash reports.

Restart your Mac will fix.

I also have this issue, I have tried restarting and reinstalling the software, but it still won't open, but it is in the process, my system is macOS 26.
