iPhone iOS 18 - enable on demand

Hi, I upgraded to iOS 18 and also deleted and newly set up the iPhone 13mini.

I have problem with establishing the zerotier connection on demand. I need to turn off/on more times to PING the other devices within the network.

Is it a problem with iOS 18 upgrade or mine personal installation problem?
