click join new network and about no response

Open jinnig17753 opened this issue 2 years ago • 4 comments

I'm using Windows 11, but when I click 'Join New Network' and 'About,' it doesn't respond, and reinstalling does the same thing. No windows are displayed, but it works fine on my other Windows 10 laptop.

Could this be an issue with the Windows 11 edition? My laptop originally came with the Home edition. I didn't get any response when I clicked 'Join Network', but after upgrading to the Pro edition, it worked.

I am using Windows 11 Pro edition and no repsonse when I click the "Join New Network" button, either.
