Network change breaks connection

#1549 is closed the I spotted the issue occuring on Windows 1.10.1. Test platform is Windows 10.

Can you explain the behavior you're seeing? What exactly is happening? Please also explain how to reproduce the issue.

Hi @glimberg , what's happening is that I have 2 available, independent Wifi networks (both have internet connection) available at where I work. If I disconnect my laptop (which is connected to my Zerotier network) from one of the Wifi network and immediately connect to another one, my connection to my Zerotier network will break for a few (~10) minutes. I will not be able to ping any of the other devices in my Zerotier network (or see them in Windows Network folder as neighbors) for around 10 minutes.

The behaviour was verified on multiple Windows 10 devices, and happens both way (switching from Wifi A to Wifi B and the other way around).
