Add auto-updater

Bonus points if the Desktop UI, ZeroTier One itself, and any other possible future components can be updated individually and out of band from each other.

As a general user I'm not sure why I would want to update each component on it's own. But regardless, auto-update functionality would be helpful.

@JonathanLindsey it would allow us to update the UI out of band with the system service, etc.
