In ORCA 6 `_property.txt` -> `.property.txt`

Describe the bug

Since ORCA 6.0, the property output file has changed name to .property.txt.

Not only that, the format has completely changed. So ORCA-6 needs some heavy changes.

OK, I haven't worked with version 6.0 but will check it out.

It looks like they created a new table-style that requires some fine-parsing invocations.... It is a bit weird to me they didn't choose json, or similarly.

Well, it was just because I had to redo your orca calculations for the new tests-layout. And I saw 6 was released a couple of days ago ;) I will stick with 5.0.4. :)
